NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Pleasant View Water and Sanitation District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Pleasant View Water and Sanitation District may consider increasing the District’s wastewater tap fees and other charges, and establishing one or more new charges at an open public meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025 at 955 Moss Street, Golden, Colorado 80401.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding any proposed increase/new charge. Information regarding any proposed increase/new charge may be obtained from the District office located at 405 Urban Street, Suite 310, Lakewood, Colorado, 80228 telephone number (720) 213-6621, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
